Products & Prices

All items and workshops are listed with prices next to them. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Ordering

Add items to your cart, fill in your details, and choose a shipping method. Payment is made online. You’ll receive a confirmation once payment is completed.

Shipping

• Estonia: usually 3–7 business days
• EU & abroad: delivery times vary (max 45 days in special cases)
  Shipping fees depend on destination and method.

Returns

You may return unused products within 14 days. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is incorrect or defective. Refunds are made once returned items are received. Workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date/person.

Defective Goods

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 months. We will repair, replace, or refund.

Personal Data

Your personal data is used only for processing orders and shipping. We may send newsletters only if you have subscribed (unsubscribe anytime).

Disputes

If problems arise, contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, you may turn to the Estonian Consumer Dispute Committee or EU dispute resolution.
